It helps to include the address of the Scentome page you're writing about. Good reasons to write: a wrong price, note or verdict; a shop or brand question; a privacy request; or a takedown request.

Asking for a quote to be taken down

If Scentome quotes a comment you wrote, you can ask for it to be removed. You don't need to give a reason.

1. Email hello@bisztray.com with the address of the Scentome page and the words of the quote, or a link to your original comment.
2. To confirm the comment is yours, Scentome may ask you to send a short message from the account that wrote it.
3. Scentome removes the quote and stops using that comment as evidence, then replies to confirm. If you ask, it does the same for everything you have written.

Removing a quote can change a verdict, since that comment no longer counts.

For other content, such as a trademark or copyright concern, write to the same address with what the content is, where it appears, and what right you hold in it.
